  • If you choose not to purchase the bag, please leave it outside your door or inside of the designated container at your studio. Our drivers will swap your old meal prep delivery bag for the new one.

  • Meals are delivered on Mondays between 7am-3pm. You’ll be enrolled in our texting software and receive a text upon delivery.

    Delivery to F45 Studios are between 9-10am.

  • Pick up is offered to SPFIT Personal Training Clients, F45 4S, CMR & PQ Members.

    Drop off to your studio is between 8-10am. (Timing varies)

    (You must be a member of the specific F45 location to utilize that pick up option.)

  • To get meals for the following week, you have to place your order by 11:59 pm on Friday for Monday delivery.

  • We rotate our menu items every few weeks to present you with diverse selections.

    This approach keeps the diversity in your weekly prep, which helps you stay committed to a healthful eating routine over the long term.

  • A la carte menu items range in price from $3 to $24 per snack/meal.

  • Flat $10 delivery fee to zip codes listed.

  • Generally 3-5 days depending on the dish.

    Some meals also tolerate freezing well, allowing for prolonged freshness.

  • YES, we handle all of preparation from start to finish, so all that's needed is reheating (if needed).

  • Most meals are packaged in microwave safe containers, making reheating our meals quick & easy in a microwave, slightly covered recommended. Preferably, they can easily be transferred to glassware or reheated separately on the stovetop over medium heat until warmed throughout.

    If packaged in plastic, please move to a microwave safe container.
